Welcome to RakshSetu. By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service.
By creating an account or using RakshSetu, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use RakshSetu. Users between 13 and 18 should use the app under parental guidance. By using the app, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate phone number and identity information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use RakshSetu to send spam, harassment, threats, or illegal content. You agree not to impersonate others or create false emergency alerts. You agree not to attempt to access other users' data without authorization. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application. You agree not to use the SOS feature for non-emergency situations.
RakshSetu displays health data obtained from your device's health platform (Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect). This data is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. RakshSetu is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical care. Health alerts are based on configurable thresholds and may not detect all medical emergencies. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
The SOS feature is designed to alert your designated emergency contacts. It is not a replacement for emergency services (112, 100, 108). RakshSetu does not guarantee the delivery of emergency alerts due to factors beyond our control (network connectivity, device settings). Always contact emergency services directly in life-threatening situations.
RakshSetu and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RakshSetu Technologies and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. Patent pending: Indian Patent Office application filed April 2026.
Your use of RakshSetu is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed.
RakshSetu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to failure of health monitoring alerts, failure of emergency notifications, data loss, or service interruptions.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
